Fabulous red from Emiliana's organic vineyards in the Cachapoal. It's a pure and distinctive Cabernet Sauvignon with pronounced blackcurrant notes, and hints of star anise. Generous yet balanced with black fruit, silky tannins and gentle spice notes which are evident following the wine’s 12 months in barrel (66%) fudre (34%).
