Sherlock & Sons - Love Edition Gin, Distillers of Surrey, Ripley, England 70cl

Love Edition has the same carefully selected botanicals as the Sherlock & Sons Solstice Edition but with the addition of English Rose Petals and Butterfly Pea Flowers which when infused in the Gin gives it its natural soft blue colour. By adding an acidic ingredient such as tonic water, the PH levels change resulting in a colour changing gin - from blue to pink. Add a splash of tonic and see the magic happen!
